Stuart leads delivery and standards across every scheme. He began building in 2001, later incorporating S R Building Services in 2010 and managing projects from extensions to multi‑plot developments. In 2015 he co‑founded Bescon with Austen, establishing the delivery approach that underpins Greengate Homes today.
