Greengate Homes is an independent Norfolk developer creating small, design-led homes. We carefully select sites, set the design direction, and lead delivery— supported by in-house construction under Greengate Homes’ direction.

Greengate takes its name from our first scheme at Home Farm, Greengate, Swanton Morley — a reminder to build on solid foundations in both craft and reputation. Since establishing the business in 2016, the team has delivered schemes in places such as Dereham and Barford, refining a model of smaller projects tailored to their settings and led by one team throughout.

One team from first enquiry to ownership. We keep developments smaller so details get attention and homes sit right on the street. You’ll notice it in the finish — clean lines, quality products and finish.
